The student has a developmental disability, generally evident in the early developmental period that significantly affects social communication and social interaction. – The student is at least three (3) years of age but less than ten (10) years of age. – The student has an acquired injury to the brain caused by an external physical force resulting in a total or partial functional disability or psychosocial impairment, or both.
